Board games, card games, video games and other types of game are a very popular form of relaxation for many people. Most games involve skill, luck or strategy (or all 3), and often requires the player to reach some sort of 'goal' in order to win, or simply to complete the game. In addition, players must normally follow a set of rules, which creates some sort of challenge to the player; this may require dexterity, forward planning, practical skills or mental agility, depending on the type of game.
